Dr. Shawn Sikka joins HMH Pain Management Clinic

Harrison Memorial Hospital announces that Dr. Shawn Sikka joined the HMH Pain Management Clinic in April 2026. Dr. Sikka will provide care for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain in Cynthiana and the surrounding communities.

The HMH Pain Management team evaluates and treats a variety of conditions that can affect daily life and overall well-being. Conditions treated include neck pain, including work-related injuries; back pain, including work-related injuries and sciatica; persistent pain after back and neck surgery; arthritis pain in the neck, joints and lower back; complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS); nerve damage or muscle spasm pain; shingles pain; headaches; and compression fractures.

Dr. Sikka attended medical school at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He then completed an anesthesiology residency at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, followed by an Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Weill-Cornell Medical Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. Dr. Sikka is double board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.

Dr. Sikka will see patients at the HMH Pain Management Clinic located in the HMH Physician Office Building, Suite 1B, in Cynthiana. He is currently accepting new patients.
