Harrison Memorial Hospital Announces New Provider at Primary Care Main

Harrison Memorial Hospital announces the addition of a new provider, Teresa Alexandra (Alex) Perry, Physician Assistant (PA-C), to HMH Primary Care Main. At HMH Primary Care Main, she joins Dr. Matthew Blake, Internal Medicine Physician; Dr. Anne Goho, Pediatrician; and Dr. Dwight Lewis, Internal Medicine Physician, expanding access to primary care services for the community.

Physician Assistants are licensed medical professionals who work in collaboration with physicians to provide patient care. In a primary care setting, Physician Assistants evaluate patients, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications. Their role helps improve access to timely, comprehensive, and patient-centered care.

A native of Richmond, Kentucky, Alex earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgetown College. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Kentucky in June 2025.

She is accepting new patients, and all insurances are accepted. Her clinic is located in the HMH Primary Care Main office the HMH Physician Office Building, Suite G3 at 1210 KY Highway 36 East in Cynthiana, Kentucky
