HMH Primary Care Pleasant Street Relocating to Expanded Facility
Harrison Memorial Hospital (HMH) is pleased to announce that HMH Primary Care Pleasant Street is relocating to a larger, newly renovated medical office space to better serve patients and support the growing need for primary care in the region.
On Monday, November 3, 2025, the practice opened at its new address at 809 U.S. 27 South, Suite 101in Cynthiana, Kentucky, located in the former Shoe Sensation building. With this move, the practice will now be known as HMH Primary Care.
This relocation allows for expanded clinical space, improved patient access, modernized facilities, and additional parking. The move reflects HMH’s ongoing investment in local healthcare and continued commitment to providing high-quality primary care close to home for families in Harrison County and surrounding communities. Patients will continue to receive comprehensive primary care services from the same trusted medical team they know.

“Our goal is to ensure that patients have access to quality healthcare in a location that is convenient, comfortable, and designed to grow with our community,” said Kathy Tussey, Chief Executive Officer of Harrison Memorial Hospital. “This new space allows our primary care team to continue delivering excellent care while expanding services for patients of all ages.”
To support patient access, transportation to appointments at the new location will be available through the HMH Care-A-Van Patient Transport Services Program. This service helps remove transportation barriers by offering free, non-emergency medical transportation to and from HMH medical appointments for physician offices and outpatient services The service is offered Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with special accommodations made for earlier appointments for tests and procedures. To celebrate the relocation, HMH will host a Ribbon Cutting and Open House on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 3:00 p.m., followed by facility tours, free health screenings, refreshments, and giveaways. The community is invited to attend and meet the HMH Primary Care team.
