Ashley Kincade earns the CPHQ Credential
Harrison Memorial Hospital (HMH) is proud to announce that Ashley Kincade, RN, CIC, HACP-CMS, CPHQ, Executive Director of Quality, Infection Prevention, and Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Officer, has earned the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential through the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
Kincade graduated from Bourbon County High School in 2002 and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Maysville Community and Technical College, Licking Valley Campus, in 2017. Prior to joining HMH, she served as an infection control and wound care nurse at Bourbon Heights in Paris, Kentucky. She became the Infection Preventionist at Harrison Memorial Hospital in 2019 and was named manager of the department in 2021.
In addition to the CPHQ credential, she holds certification in Infection Control (CIC?) and Healthcare Accreditation (HACP-CMS).
The CPHQ credential demonstrates professional competency in the principles and practices of healthcare quality and safety. Individuals who earn the designation have demonstrated knowledge and application of the core domains of healthcare quality and are committed to advancing patient safety and performance improvement efforts.

Kincade joins nearly 14,000 healthcare professionals worldwide who currently hold the CPHQ credential, reflecting a strong commitment to excellence, lifelong learning, and continuous improvement in healthcare quality.
