The HMH Hilltop Clinic
Convenient Care Close to the Classroom
Harrison County Schools and Harrison Memorial Hospital (HMH) are proud to offer The HMH Hilltop Clinic, providing convenient, high-quality healthcare to students, faculty, and staff close to where they learn and work.
The HMH Hilltop Clinic is operated by Harrison Memorial Hospital in partnership with Harrison County Schools. The clinic is staffed by HMH healthcare professionals and is not staffed by school personnel. Harrison County Schools provides the clinic space on campus, while HMH manages and provides the healthcare services.
Services
The clinic is available to Harrison County Schools students, faculty, and staff. Students require signed parent or guardian consent. Please fill out the forms below if you would like your child to take advantage of the clinic’s services.
Services include:
- Sick visits and minor illnesses
- Sore throat and strep testing
- Cold, flu, and respiratory illnesses
- Ear, eye, and sinus conditions
- Sports physicals
- Urinary symptoms
- Routine and wellness care
- Behavioral health services and screenings

Student Visits
With parent or guardian permission, a school nurse may arrange a clinic visit when a student is sick. School personnel will coordinate transportation to the clinic, and the parent or guardian will be notified of the visit. Parents and guardians are always welcome to meet their child at the clinic.
Insurance
The clinic is not government or school funded. All students will be seen regardless of ability to pay. Insurance will be billed when applicable, and copays, coinsurance, and deductibles may apply.
