HMH Foundation Gala Raises Funds to Expand Local Healthcare Services

The third annual gala hosted by the HMH Foundation at the Ashford Acres Inn was a resounding success, uniting community leaders, healthcare professionals, and philanthropists in support of critical healthcare initiatives. The evening celebrated not only the spirit of giving, but also the shared commitment to improving healthcare services across the region.

Thanks to the generous support of sponsors and attendees, the gala raised significant funds for several key projects, including:

  • The completion of HMH’s Women’s Health Center, including the addition of a dedicated C-section suite;
  • A 20,000-square-foot on-campus facility to house primary care and OB/GYN services;
  • A multi-passenger, handicap-accessible van or bus to enhance patient transportation.
  • Food is Medicine Program

The event’s success was amplified by the incredible generosity of the community, who contributed through sponsorships, live and silent auctions, and direct donations. These contributions reflect unwavering support for HMH and a shared vision for expanded, accessible care.

In total, the gala raised approximately $70,000, marking a major milestone in the HMH Foundation’s ongoing mission to elevate healthcare access and quality for the region.
