Chemotherapy/Infusion Therapy

Harrison Memorial Hospital offers chemotherapy services and cancer care services right here in Cynthiana, KY. Our chemotherapy suite is located within the HMH Outpatient Services Department on the first floor of the the hospital. We offer six chemotherapy bays, furnished with recliners and flat-screen televisions. We offer one private room as well. Chemotherapy treatments are available Monday through Friday.

We have the ability to perform: 

• blood transfusions
• outpatient IV fluids
• chemotherapy
• outpatient IV antibiotics
• wound care

The HMH nurses who work in our chemotherapy suite are specially trained in chemotherapy administration and are certified by the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS). These nurses have extensive knowledge and experience in caring for cancer patients. Their job is to administer treatment and to assist you in every step of the way towards recovery.
