Lung Nodule Clinic

Our dedicated Lung Nodule Clinic focuses on the early detection, follow-up, and diagnostic evaluation of small lung nodules that may signal lung cancer or other lung diseases:

  • Comprehensive risk evaluation
  • Ongoing imaging and surveillance
  • Guidance on diagnostic and treatment options
  • Advanced diagnostic procedures, including:
  • ION robotic-assisted bronchoscopy for nodule localization and biopsy
  • Linear Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) for staging and biopsy of lung nodules

Inpatient Pulmonology Services

Our inpatient team provides expert management for hospitalized patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions:

  • Acute respiratory failure management, including noninvasive ventilation
  • ICU and step-down care for severe pulmonary illnesses
  • Management of exacerbations of COPD, asthma, and ILD
  • Post-intensive care follow-up and recovery planning
  • Coordination with multidisciplinary teams for complex pulmonary patients

Pulmonary Function & Exercise Testing

  • Pulmonary Function Testing (PFTs), including bronchodilator testing
  • Lung volume measurements and Diffusion capacity testing (DLCO) for gas exchange assessment
  • Methacholine challenge testing
  • 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT) for functional capacity evaluation
  • Serial PFTs and 6MWT for disease progression monitoring
  • Post-COVID lung assessments

Imaging & Screening

  • Low-Dose CT (LDCT) for lung cancer screening
  • High-Resolution CT (HRCT) for interstitial lung disease evaluation

Pulmonary Rehabilitation

  • Pulmonary rehab assessments and exercise therapy

Pleural Disease Management

  • Ultrasound-guided thoracentesis for pleural effusion
  • PleurX catheter placement for recurrent or malignant effusions

Meet Our Provider

Srinadh Annangi, M.D.
Dr. Annangi has been treating patients with lung disease and breathing disorders for several years. He earned his medical degree from Siddhartha Medical College in India and completed his residency in internal medicine at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He then completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky. He is board certified in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the Society of Critical Care Medicine
