Our team includes certified athletic trainers, fitness trainers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists who work together to create tailored rehabilitation and performance programs. Our Team’s Expertise
- Athletic Trainers provide on-field injury evaluation and prevention services. HMH athletic trainers are stationed full-time at Harrison County High School and Pendleton County High School, offering care and support across all school sports programs. They evaluate injuries during practices and games and coordinate follow-up care through the HMH Sports Medicine Program.
- Physical Therapists partner with physicians to design rehabilitation and exercise plans that return athletes to their optimal performance level.
- Occupational Therapists help patients return to daily activities and sports using energy-saving techniques and injury prevention strategies.
- Fitness Trainers, all with degrees in Exercise Science or Sports Medicine, create customized workout plans and educate patients on the safe use of equipment at the HMH Wellness Center.
