Wellness Center

The HMH Wellness Center offers a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Whether your goal is to stay active, lose weight, or improve strength, our trained staff is here to help you succeed.

Our certified fitness specialists hold degrees in Exercise Science or Sports Medicine and provide both independent exercise opportunities and structured programs like personal training and total body stretching.

Services Include

• Comprehensive fitness evaluations, including:
  • Body fat analysis
  • Flexibility evaluation
  • Cardiovascular assessment
  • Muscle endurance assessment
• Cardiovascular and strength equipment
• Blood pressure monitoring
• Personal Training
  • $15 per 30 minutes
  • $30 per hour
• Total Body Stretching
  • $15 per 30 minutes
  • $30 per hour
• SilverSneakers® Fitness Program

Wellness Center Fees

• Monthly Fee (One Person): $20
• Monthly Family Plan (Three or More): $45
• No annual contract required

• Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: Closed

SilverSneakers® Fitness Program

The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is the nation’s leading fitness program for older adults. It includes:

Water Aerobics

Water aerobics classes are held at HMH at The Cottages, offering low-impact exercise designed to improve flexibility, balance, and endurance.

Morning Water Aerobics

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. or 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
• $40/month or $360/year ($30/month if paid annually)
• Combine with Wellness Center for $60/month or $600/year ($50/month)

Evening Water Aerobics

• Mondays: 5:45 – 6:45 p.m.
• Wednesdays: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
• $20/month
