HMH Physician Group Clinics offer telehealth visits for patients
Cynthiana, Kentucky – In order to better serve our communities during this time, Harrison Memorial Hospital has established telehealth or virtual visits for the following HMH Physician Group Clinics:
- HMH Physician Group: Primary Care (Shane Gainey, M.D.; Eugonda Fryman, APRN, Daniel Klaber, APRN and Dixie Stone, PA)
- HMH Physician Group: Neurology and Sleep Disorders (Maria Pavez, M.D. and
- HMH Physician Group: Behavioral Health (Laura Williams, APRN)
- HMH Physician Group: Cardiology Services (Matthew Shotwell, M.D., B.K. Srivastava, M.D.; Ashley Black, APRN; Josh Hill, P.A. and Christie Phillips-Fearis, APRN)
- HMH Pain Management (Anjum Bux, M.D., Kyla Anderson, APRN and Michelle Gooslin, APRN)
Telehealth or virtual clinic visits is the distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions.
In regards to establish the virtual visit, the patient must have a working email address, access to internet, a smart phone or computer with webcam. The patient will need to sign up for the hmhmyhealth! portal and download the hmhmyhealth! portal app. to his or her phone or computer. HMH provides instructions on how to sign-up for the portal on the HMH website at www.harrisonmemhosp.com and click on hmhmyhealth! at the top of the page or simply call 859-235-3526. In addition, the patient may need contact his or her provider's office listed above to see if their visit would be appropriate for a virtual visit and to have any questions answered. Also, the patient can contact the clinic and provide his or her email, then the clinic can send the link.
At this time, not all of HMH Physician Group offices are providing virtual visits. If you need further information, please contact your provider.
