HMH Care-A-Van Transport Services
Your ride to better health

Harrison Memorial Hospital is pleased to offer Care-A-Van Transport Services Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. We assist our patients in obtaining needed transportation to and from their HMH healthcare appointments. Our scheduling department is open Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Simply call (859) 298-2700 to schedule your free ride.

Eligibility Requirements
• Patients must reside in Harrison County.
• Patients must be fully ambulatory and able to enter/exit van without assistance
from the van driver.
• Patients will only be transported to and from HMH facilities for physician offices,
primary care offices, specialty clinics, and outpatient services.
• All transportation requests should be scheduled 72 hours in advance, when possible,
and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
