Dr. Kenneth Hughes joins HMH Medical Staff
Kenneth Hughes, M.D., has joined the medical staff at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Dr. Hughes is board certified in otolaryngology.
An otolaryngologist treats conditions of the ear, nose and throat, as well as performs head and neck surgeries. He provides services in adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat, tonsillectomy, sinus problems, allergy, thyroid and salivary gland disorders, ear tubes, hearing problems/aids and sinus and nasal airway surgery.
Dr. Hughes earned a bachelor’s degree of distinction in microbiology from University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK in 1985. In 1989, he obtained his medical degree from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He then completed his residency in otorhinolaryngology at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota in 1994.
He is board certified and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Hughes joins Dr. Alberto Laureano and Dr. David Alexander in the HMH Physician Group: Ears, Nose and Throat Clinic. He will be in the HMH Specialty Clinic on the second and fourth Monday of each month.
