Several HMH Clinics move to New Locations
HMH is excited to announce the relocation of several of its clinics. The move is aimed at enhancing patient experience and providing convenient access to specialized healthcare services. Patients and visitors are advised to take note of the new locations and parking instructions for each clinic.
On July 5, the HMH Behavioral Health Services office moved to HMH Primary Care Main located on the ground level between the HMH Wellness Center and Clinic Pharmacy. For parking, please park in the HMH Physician Office and Rehabilitation Parking Lot. When driving into the campus, veer to the right of the fork and park in the area outside of the physician office building. The phone number will remain the same at 859-235-3766.
On July 11, several clinics will move locations. Here is the following list:
HMH Cardiology Services Office:
New Location: Specialty Clinic on the ground level.
Parking: Please park in the parking lot at the emergency department.

HMH Digestive Health Office:
New Location: Suite 1A on the first floor of the physician office building.
Parking: Park in the HMH Physician Office and Rehabilitation Parking Lot. When driving into the campus, veer to the right of the fork and park in the area outside of the physician office building.

HMH Ears, Nose and Throat Office:
New Location: Suite 1A on the first floor of the physician office building.
Parking: Park in the HMH Physician Office and Rehabilitation Parking Lot. When driving into the campus, veer to the right of the fork and park in the area outside of the physician office building.

New Location: Ground level, next to the Urgent Treatment Center (former cardiology office).
Parking: Please park in the emergency department parking lot. Enter through the Emergency/UTC entrance and proceed left, passing the double elevators to reach the office entrance.
